How Do I Talk to My Brain? A Growth Mindset Approach for Students ages 6-8 years

For: Elementary Students (Age: 6-8)

People used to believe that we are either born smart or not. We are either good at something or not. Today, scientists tell us that with practice, perseverance, and a growth mindset we can all improve. We can always develop a better version of ourselves. Having a growth mindset means that you believe in yourself and in the power of your brain.

Walking away from this course you won’t have just changed your mindset, but you will also know why having a growth mindset is important, how to achieve that, as well as, help others transform their mindset. You will be able to embrace challenges, feel grateful, love yourself more, and be more confident.

In this course, students will acquire useful information about the brain and how it functions. They will also be trained through videos, worksheets, and on-task activities, as well as, through sharing personal experiences and examples of how they can develop a growth mindset.
