For: Middle School Students (Ages: 11-13)

This chapter will focus on the paradigm violator and victim from a business perspective. Students will learn about the basic concepts of Corporate Social Responsibility and what businesses are being called upon to do from a social and environmental standpoint. Students will be confronted with different case studies on businesses and their inherent abuses or/and protections of Human Rights. The theory, coupled with an analysis of case studies and business actions, will help students to create a “best practices” list of what companies are doing and should be doing vis-à-vis Human Rights.
