Former Greek Basketball Coach
Coach Theodore (Ted) Rodopoulos is considered the “guru” of Greek Basketball. He has been an active member of the US Basketball Coaches Association for 34 years. He has worked in XANTH, the Greek National Team, PAOK, Dimokritos and Philippos. He has also worked as a technical supervisor in many teams. In Thessaloniki he has created for many years now his own basketball school, the “Stars Academy” and for 28 years he is the owner of the famous “Salonica Basketball Camp”, which was the first Basketball Camp in Greece (1983).
He is the vice-president of the Greek Basketball Coaches Association. He has also lectured in many International Basketball Clinics, the last one being in 2005 in London next to the legendary Dean Smith.
