Colin Castellaw has been involved in basketball for many years in a variety of capacities. In 2011, he founded and is now the CEO of Shot Mechanics, a company that provides personalized basketball coaching to players all the way from elementary school to the NBA. He focuses on the skill development of players. He has a talent for developing young players and a remarkable eye for correcting jump shots. He has consulted for NBA players Donald Sloan and John Jenkins.
