Every year on the 21st of May, the United Nations World Day for Cultural Diversity for Dialogue and Development celebrates not only the richness of the world’s cultures but also the essential role of intercultural dialogue in achieving peace and sustainable development.
As part of this celebration, ACS Athens, The Institute of ACS Athens, and Hisar School have partnered to create the Cultural Diversity Day Project on Metaverse on Monday, May 23rd from 14.00 – 15.30. This virtual exhibition is aimed at empowering student learning of foreign languages. We want to help students enrich their language vocabulary in their chosen foreign language(s), as well as support them to endorse a realistic cultural understanding that showcases each respective cultural mindset, national challenges, and problem-solving approaches.
